Terms and Conditions
- JUNIOR GOALS reserves the right to request the removal from the session, of any child causing significant disruption or safety risk to themselves or other children.
- Parents/guardians must be in attendance for the duration of the session and remain responsible for their children at all times. You must inform the coaches if you remove your child during a session.
- We reserve the right to amend the venue and / or coach without any obligation to credit note or refund the purchase price but will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
- If a session is cancelled by JUNIOR GOALS, please change class under your orders or contact us to organize a make-up session (with the exception of School Holiday Program).
- Refunds aren’t given if you change your mind. If your child is injured, we can offer a credit, or transfer to the next term.
- Photos/ video may be taken for training/ marketing purposes. Please advise if you do not consent.
- All trial sessions must be booked in, as some classes may be booked out. Attending a trial session does not guarantee availability in a class, only full sign up secures your spot.
- Trials that are missed will not be Refunded. Credits will be given to book another trial only if 24 hours notice has been given as sessions are often booked out with waitlists. - Please email us at info@juniorgoals.com to provide notice.
- We are happy to offer make up sessions, if there is availability. These sessions must be made within the same term, and your child MUST be currently enrolled in the program at time of make up.
- No refunds/ credits will be issued for non attendance.
Participation of your child/yourself or your guests is your acceptance of that risk,on their behalf. Junior Goals soccer will not accept liability for the injury.

- 1 cent pre-authorisation amount will be debited from your account. This will be returned between 5-10 days.
- Payment will be debited every week.
- This option Is only available for terms longer than 7 weeks.
- You must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice, before opting to cancel anymore ongoing payments. Please Contact us advising you would like to opt out.
- Public Holidays are calculated already and therefore not charged.
- If you are going away for a period of 2 weeks or longer, prior to booking, please advise and we can reduce payments for 2 weeks.
- Once the direct debit is in place, this can not be amended/changed, therefore NO REFUNDS will be given if your child is sick/ away, however make up sessions are welcome if available to you – please Contact us for session details.
